You are earning.
So why does it
never feel like
enough?
I show women in business exactly where their money goes — and how to keep more of it. Not mindset. Not motivation. Real numbers. Real results.
Is this you?
You are not bad with money. You were just never shown how to see it.
You check your account and the number is never what you expected
The money comes in. It goes out. You are never quite sure where — or whether it is enough.
You have an accountant — and still feel like you understand nothing
They file your returns. You nod. You leave the meeting no clearer than when you arrived.
January is coming. You are already dreading it.
Every year the same panic. Every year you promise yourself it will be different this time.
There are HMRC letters you have not fully dealt with
They are somewhere. You know they are there. You have not opened all of them.
You set your prices by instinct — not by what your business actually needs
You charge what feels right. You have never calculated what right actually means.
You have been meaning to sort this properly for longer than you want to admit
It is always next month. Next quarter. When things calm down. They never calm down.
The truth
Every year you wait, the number compounds.
Most women running their own business are leaving between £7,000 and £24,000 on the table every year. Not through bad decisions. Through not knowing what to look for.
Missed deductions. Wrong structure. Prices built on instinct rather than real cost. No system for tax. These are not personality flaws. They are information gaps — and information gaps have a price.
You are not stuck because you lack strategy. You are stuck because no one ever showed you your own numbers.
Missed deductions
The expenses legally yours to claim — home office, mileage, equipment, professional subscriptions — that your business is not claiming. Conservative estimate: £1,200–£3,600 per year.
Wrong business structure
Sole trader when you should be limited. The wrong structure costs between £3,000 and £8,000 per year in unnecessary tax and National Insurance.
Prices built on instinct
Pricing without knowing your real cost means you are working for less than you think. Correction value: £2,400–£9,600 per year.
No tax planning
Paying tax at the end of the year without a strategy means overpaying by default. A quarterly tax plan consistently saves £800–£3,000 per year.
The cost of waiting
What every year of delay is actually costing you.
Conservative total lost every year
Before pricing correction. Before structural optimisation. Before strategy.
Who I am
Maria Alla.
Financial Architect.
I am a financial advisor and business consultant with 10+ years in accounting and finance, working with self-employed women and limited company directors across the UK.
I built my practice working with immigrant women in business — women who arrived in this country and built something real, without anyone showing them how the financial system works in their favour.
My clients do not just get their numbers in order. They restructure, reprice, and build the financial systems that compound quietly in the background — whether they are thinking about it or not.
Most women I work with recover more than the programme investment in the first session alone. Not because they were doing something wrong. Because they were never shown what was already theirs.

What clients say
Real women. Real numbers. Real results.
In Session 2 alone Maria found £4,200 in deductions I had never claimed. I have had an accountant for three years. Nobody ever told me any of this was mine.
I was in the wrong business structure for four years. Maria identified it in thirty minutes and gave me a clear plan. The switch saves me over £6,000 a year.
I used to dread January. Now I have a tax calendar, a monthly dashboard, and I know my exact profit margin every month. Maria changed how I see my business.
